- About us
  Established in 2009, Nhi Binh Plastic Company Limited specializes in manufacturing plastic products using injection molding and extrusion technologies. Beginning with a modest 100m² facility and only 2 injection molding machines, Nhi Binh Plastic has continuously expanded its production scale from 2010 to 2015, reaching 1,500m² in Hoc Mon District, Ho Chi Minh City, along with adding 14 more modern injection molding machines to its production line.
  
  In June 2016, Nhi Binh Plastic inaugurated its Binh Duong Branch Factory in VSIP II-A Industrial Park with an investment of VND 45 billion. This factory is 10,000m².
  
  With a long-term vision, we have continuously expanded our operations, investing heavily in a clean production plant, modern machinery and equipment, applying automation in production, digitalizing management, and training our employees. To date, we have over 50 injection molding machines, over 180 officers and workers, with a production capacity of over 200 tons/month. All of this is aimed at better meeting the needs of our customers and helping them grow stronger together.

To ensure workplace safety and proactively prevent fire incidents in production, Nhi Binh Plastic Co., Ltd. has organized a fire prevention and fighting (FPF) training program for all staff and workers at its factory. This activity demonstrates the company’s commitment to building a safe working environment, strictly complying with legal regulations on fire safety, and protecting the assets and health of employees and the community.

FPF Training Content at Nhi Binh Plastic

The training program was coordinated with the local Fire Prevention and Fighting Police and focused on two main parts:

Theoretical session: Fire police officers provided basic knowledge about fire prevention laws, common causes of fires in plastic manufacturing plants, procedures for handling fire incidents, and methods for inspecting, maintaining, and operating fire alarm and firefighting systems at the facility.

Practical session: Employees were guided on how to use different types of fire extinguishers, practiced putting out simulated fires, learned safe evacuation skills, and coordinated emergency response and rescue operations.

Through the training, Nhi Binh Plastic’s staff and workers improved their awareness and skills in handling fire incidents, proactively checked and maintained firefighting equipment, and became ready to respond to any emergency at the factory.
