- About us
  Established in 2009, Nhi Binh Plastic Company Limited specializes in manufacturing plastic products using injection molding and extrusion technologies. Beginning with a modest 100m² facility and only 2 injection molding machines, Nhi Binh Plastic has continuously expanded its production scale from 2010 to 2015, reaching 1,500m² in Hoc Mon District, Ho Chi Minh City, along with adding 14 more modern injection molding machines to its production line.
  
  In June 2016, Nhi Binh Plastic inaugurated its Binh Duong Branch Factory in VSIP II-A Industrial Park with an investment of VND 45 billion. This factory is 10,000m².
  
  With a long-term vision, we have continuously expanded our operations, investing heavily in a clean production plant, modern machinery and equipment, applying automation in production, digitalizing management, and training our employees. To date, we have over 50 injection molding machines, over 180 officers and workers, with a production capacity of over 200 tons/month. All of this is aimed at better meeting the needs of our customers and helping them grow stronger together.

Nhi Binh Plastic proudly boasts the most advanced plastic injection molding capabilities, supported by highly advanced, newly imported machinery. Our fully automated equipment includes robotic arms, conveyors, plastic feeders, plastic dehumidifiers, mold cooling machines, and mold heaters, all contributing to the production of high-quality, precision-molded plastic products.

Modern Injection Molding Machines

Nhi Binh Plastic operates more than 50 plastic injection molding machines, with clamping forces ranging from 75 tons to 600 tons, capable of producing plastic products up to 2 kg in weight and with a maximum dimension of 700 mm. All of our machines are brand new, providing stable production, high speed, and energy efficiency. We use precision molds to ensure that every product achieves maximum detail and quality. Additionally, we have 4 vertical injection molding machines designed for producing complex items.

High-Durability Precision Molds

Our molds at Nhi Binh Plastic are crafted using the latest CNC machines imported from Japan and Germany. We utilize five-axis CNC machines to create molds for products with complex surfaces, enabling us to handle high-difficulty molds. The molds incorporate integrated hot-runner systems for effective temperature and plastic flow control. Made from special long-life steel, these molds are durable, with a lifespan of up to 2 million cycles, backed by a 2-year warranty and meticulous maintenance services.
