Quality Control from the Source

• Raw Material Quality Control: Nhi Binh Plastic uses high-quality plastics such as ABS, PP, HDPE, MABS, POM, Nylon, TPR, TPE, Tritan, TPEE, PC, SAN, etc. All materials are rigorously inspected and certified by suppliers. We conduct random sampling to test purity, durability, heat resistance, and chemical resistance according to specified standards.
• Machinery and Equipment Control: Nhi Binh Plastic invests in modern machinery and equipment, including injection molds, injection molding machines, mold cooling systems, robotic arms, material mixers, mold heaters, grinders, printers, and cutters. All equipment undergoes scheduled maintenance, inspection, and calibration to ensure stable operation.
• We also use precision measuring tools such as calipers, force gauges, and testing machines to ensure accuracy in every process.

Production Process Quality Control

• Production Quality Control Process: Nhi Binh Plastic strictly follows approved production processes, including material mixing, injection molding, cooling, product retrieval, printing on plastic products, assembling components, and final product packaging.
• Employee Training and Evaluation: Workers are trained on product standards, production processes, workplace safety, and quality awareness. We conduct periodic competency evaluations to ensure that employees are always up-to-date with the latest knowledge and skills.

Finished Product Quality Control

• Visual Inspection: Nhi Binh Plastic inspects the dimensions, shape, color, and surface of products against technical drawings. Details like pores, scratches, stains, and weld lines are carefully checked.
• Functionality Testing: We conduct tests for load-bearing capacity, heat resistance, and chemical resistance (depending on the application). For products requiring sealing, we rigorously check the tightness and weld strength.
• Physical Properties Testing: Nhi Binh Plastic measures thickness, hardness, and weight using specialized measuring devices to ensure quality specifications are met. 

Document Control and Storage

Nhi Binh Plastic maintains complete records of product standards, quality plans, construction designs, technical drawings, process technology, inspection reports, and quality certifications. We ensure that all documents are updated and easily accessible when needed.

Continuous Improvement

• Root Cause Analysis: We use tools such as the 5 Whys, Pareto Principle, Fishbone Diagram, and Scatter Diagram to identify the root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Proposing and Implementing Improvement Measures: We encourage all employees to propose innovative ideas for improvement. Additionally, Nhi Binh Plastic continuously upgrades machinery, improves processes, and trains employees.
• Monitoring and Evaluating Effectiveness: We use KPI metrics to assess the effectiveness of improvement measures, ensuring that every action delivers real value and efficiency.
