At Nhi Binh Plastic Company, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality plastic injection molds, backed by the following warranty policy:

Mold Warranty Period

• Warranty Duration: All molds produced by Nhi Binh Plastic Company are covered under a warranty as agreed with the customer. This period ranges from 12 months to 36 months from the delivery date or from 200,000 to 3,000,000 injection shots.
• Extended Warranty: If customers entrust Nhi Binh Plastic with the production of plastic products using the molds, the warranty period for the molds is extended up to 60 months.

Mold Warranty Coverage

• Manufacturing Defects: The warranty covers all defects arising from materials, design, structure, or manufacturing processes of the molds.
• Components Covered: The warranty fully covers all parts of the molds, including mold cores, slides, inserts, guide pins, hot runners, cooling systems, and other related components.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications by third parties without Nhi Binh Plastic's consent.

Mold Warranty Conditions

• Usage Conditions: The molds must be operated and maintained according to Nhi Binh Plastic's technical guidelines.
• Periodic Inspections: Customers are required to perform regular inspections and maintenance to ensure the molds operate effectively and achieve optimal longevity.

Warranty Process

• Warranty Notification: Upon detecting a defect or damage, customers must immediately notify Nhi Binh Plastic in writing, providing detailed information about the mold's condition.
• Response Time: We commit to responding to warranty requests within 24 working hours of receiving the notification.
• Repairs and Replacements: Once the defect is confirmed to be within the warranty coverage, we will carry out repairs or replace the defective parts as quickly as possible, typically within 2 to 7 working days.

Warranty Costs

• Repair Costs: Nhi Binh Plastic will cover all repair or replacement costs for defects arising from manufacturing issues.
• Shipping Costs: We will cover the shipping costs for molds to and from the repair location within the warranty coverage. If the molds are outside the warranty coverage, customers will be responsible for these costs.

Nhi Binh Plastic Company Defective or Damaged Product Return Policy

At Nhi Binh Plastic Company, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. If our products fail to meet expectations due to defects or manufacturing errors, we are committed to a transparent and prompt return policy for both business customers and individual consumers.

Return Conditions

• Technical Defects: If Nhi Binh Plastic’s products have technical defects or manufacturing errors, customers may request a return within the specified time frame.
• Damage During Transport: If products are damaged during transport, customers must notify us immediately upon receipt for return assistance.
• Incorrect Products: If the delivered products do not match the order, we will replace them with the correct items as initially requested by the customer.

Return Time Frame

• Business Customers: The return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Individual Consumers: The return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of receipt.

Return Process

• Step 1: Contact Nhi Binh Plastic: Customers should contact us via hotline or customer service email to report defective or damaged products.
• Step 2: Inspection and Confirmation: After receiving the information, our customer service team will inspect, confirm the defect, and guide the return process.
• Step 3: Return the Product: Customers must return the product to Nhi Binh Plastic’s address, along with the purchase invoice and relevant documents.
• Step 4: Product Replacement or Refund: Upon receiving the returned product and confirming the defect, we will either replace the product or issue a refund according to the customer's request.

Return Costs

• Manufacturer Defects: Nhi Binh Plastic will cover all shipping costs for the return of defective products.
• No Defect Returns: If the product is returned without defects, the customer will bear the shipping costs and any handling fees if applicable.
