Step 3 - Contract Signing for Plastic Production and Injection Molds

Once the quotation is approved, we proceed to sign a production contract. This contract outlines clear terms regarding pricing, production timelines, and product quality.

Step 4 - Deposit Payment and Design Initiation

After contract signing, we request a deposit to start the production process. Our engineers then begin designing the plastic product and making necessary adjustments based on customer specifications.

Step 5 - Approval of Product Drawings and Mold Design

After completing the design drawings, we send them to the customer for approval. Next, we create the mold design and proceed with mold manufacturing to facilitate the production process.

Step 6 - Mold Creation and Prototype Testing

Once the mold design is approved, we start mold fabrication. The mold is produced with high precision to ensure optimal product quality. After the mold is complete, we conduct prototype testing to verify quality.

Step 7 - Product Sample Approval

The prototype samples are sent to the customer for review and approval before full-scale production begins. We ensure that the sample meets all quality and design requirements.

Step 8 - Mass Production of Plastic Products

Upon sample approval, we commence mass production using advanced plastic molding techniques to ensure high accuracy and consistent quality.

Step 9 - Printing, Coating, and Assembly of Plastic Products (if applicable)

For products requiring additional features, we offer services such as printing logos, adding content, and coating according to color specifications. For items needing assembly, our team will complete the assembly before packaging.

Step 10 - Packaging and Delivery

Once the product is finished, we carefully package it to ensure safe transportation. The product is delivered to the customer within the agreed timeframe.

Step 11 - Final Payment Upon Receipt
